Every Sunday dog owners from Phnom Penh bring their beasts to Gasolina so they can socialize and run around with other beasts. The dogs can do this too.

DVD Player/Monitor Mount Solution
I decided on an external monitor for shooting videos on the Mark II. Of course I couldn't find anyplace that sells such a monitor in Cambodia. Those of you that live elsewhere in the Western world can find all sorts of goodies while in Cambodia even the simplest solutions are complex. I searched some forums and decided on a Sony DVP-FX930 Portable DVD Player. From the specs it seemed decent enough. 800X400 resolution and 6 hours of juice. I'd like a HDMI monitor but this is what's available. The biggest problem was mounting this thing to either a tripod or monopod. Here's what I used, Super-clamp, double sided foam tape, security camera mount. That's it. It works surprisingly well. It's sturdy and better yet I can articulate the monitor cause of the security camera's ball mount. The pics are self explanatory if you'd like to have a go. The shade was made from binder cover material thats been cut to size and covered in matte black sticker and then attached to the outside cover of the monitor. See pics.

IMR, Aru, Version 1
This is the first version. Feels like there's something missing. All footage is shot with the Canon 5DMKII and post was done in FCP 7 with color grading in Apple Color. Lenses used were the 17-40mm f4 and 50mm f1.4 I shot for about 2 hours and this was completed within the same day.
IMR, Aru, Version 2
So I've posted 2 versions of the same video. Some changes in the cuts. I think this version is more interesting.
