Cruise

So I went on a job for a week with a cruise company. I headed up to Saigon from Phnom Penh and back. Here are some of the many shots that were taken between Phnom Penh and Saigon. I met some great people and had an excellent time.
Our ship the Toum Tiou 2

Feeding the fish at the fish farm.

Tourist Port at Chau Doc

House of the lovers. Don't ask.

I handed some kids my other camera and they took some shots of each other.

See that pink meat on the top? It's rat. I shit you not. Not mouse, Rat.

These eels are massive. The size of an adults' wrist.

The brick oven

Lots and lotsa bricks.

Self portrait in a dirty mirror

Great couple from Oz.

Click for a bigger pic and check out those hands.

Sandy to the rescue.

It seems that most vietnamese keep the ashes of dead relatives in a grave on the property they live on. Interesting.
This was a paddleboat meander through some waterways on a small island.

We had three and a half hours at Saigon. Enough time to get lost and find our way back.

Tight Squeeze.

World's largest keg...frequented by Homer Simpson.

Sunken ship before the Saigon port. About 15 meters of this ship is under water.

Mr. Colgate himself.
These guys are moving water to reveal the fish. Easy catch.

Cowboy Amy
" The Ancient House "...????

The brick factory
The inside of one of the ovens. Takes about a month to bake a batch of bricks.

Rice husks are used as fuel.

A school we visited

Yet another sunset on the mountain top

Pagoda at night

The whole gang at Metro on the river side.
